Can't play because of launch error

Good afternoon,

My child had been asking me for Minecraft for a while and today I decide to bought it. However I'm writing you because we're unable to launch the game because an error occurs whenever we choose play option. The game looks like it is deploying because a progress bar starts growing, however the launcher window suddently closes and opens again with a message that an unexpected error ocurrer.

I've take a while searching for debug tips and I've done a couple of things:

• installed java latest version;
• installed GPU latest version;
• tried diferent launcher file compatibility modes and run it as administrator.

Nothing as worked. Launcher keeps closing ang getting the error message.
I'd like you to help me getting the game working.
