Launching problem

Hi

I have a problem during launching minecraft and i do not know what to do.
I tried to reinstal minecraft, i tried to llok for some solutions in the internet and on forums but i got no feedback. I have no idea what to do next. I attached my output log. Maybe You can find out how to fix it.
