Can’t play

 I can’t play with my friends. In the beginning it says there’s a problem with my Microsoft account it lets me in the game anyway. And when my friends invite me it says unable to connect to world. I reinstalled the game multiple times, I restarted my phone multiple times, and I even created a few Microsoft accounts and still can’t play.
