MOJANG white screen

Good Morning! Not too recently i have been unable to load into my Minecraft, this saddens me greatly i have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years and have never had a problem. 

When i launch Minecraft it leaves me in a white screen that says MOJANG, after about an hour in this screen i click it and it crashes. some of the things i have tried to fix this problem are listed below.

Restarted my pc/ Uninstalled Minecraft/ Uninstalled Java/ Uninstalled the Technic Launcher/

 I had thought my account was the problem but my brother tried to sign in on my PC and it did not work so i believe i have a software problem. i am extremely close to just factory resetting my pc but that is a last resort option. thank you and i hope we can fix this problem!!
