Install of Minecraft JAVA Edition on Windows 10 Crash

JAVA Edition crashes with launch of Install of 1.15.2

 

Installed latest version of Oracle JAVA (Edition 8 update 251) but still crashes when install is attempted.

 

Deleted Minecraft and ran all Launcher updates, still no working install of JAVA Edition
