Minecraft 1.16 update

Hello Minecraft or microsoft. I see youtubers play minecraft a lot. So I decided to get minecraft too. But i have a problem.  I see on youtube minecraft youtubers having netherite. The problem is i don't have netherite. Could you guys help me. I'm sorry if my english isn't oké. I'm from the netherlands. My minecraft name is GlennyGames
