Its not launching, ive tried EVERYTHING

the Minecraft launcher does load all the way. it stops 3/4 of the way. On the Mojang screen. ive done all tutorials, ive unistalled it and reinstalled it. Nothing works, please help like ill give a visual,    ) like it wont load all the way.
