game wont start/ crash

The Minecraft launcher is bugged to hell, 2 days ago i was connected and playing just fine, but yesterday i go to log on and i click play with Optifine 1.15.2 and the game does not start. so I go to relaunch and it says the game is already running. so I open task manager and the only thing thats running is Task Manager. Then i uninstall optifine, Java, and Minecraft altogether and reinstall everything to the newest versions but when i go to play 1.15.2 normally (without Optifine installed) it crashes and says Java Platform SE Binary in not responding. I have uninstalled every file that had to do with MC and Java and reinstalled them multiple times and now it wont let me play 1.15.2 normally (it will have the same error message) and when i go to launch 1.15.2 with Optifine it doesn't start. please help me with this issue I would hate to have a game I have owned for 8 years on my PC that I cannot play.
