Launcher cannot connect to internet

MInecraft Launcher won't connect to internet. I keep pressing the retry and it just won't connect. My internet is clearly working since ya know, I'm typing this, but please help. My account got hacked recently and I just got unbanned and I would really love to play Minecraft again. I know this isn't Badlion, but if someone could also help me with this other issue, that'd be great. Thanks.
