animal and food problems

We have minecraft windows 10 edition, we are experiencing the problem where our animals will not stand p again after we log out of the game and log back in. We are also experiencing the problem that our food bar will not deplete and we can eat infinitely. I do not know what version we have in the list above, the game says 1.14.30.
