Cancelled isn't spelled the American way in EN_US

Please note: I was not able to select the current version of the launcher, so I marked it as the latest version, 2.1.13315, and put the version in "Environment:".

"packages/lui/src/ProgressBar/index.tsx:117" is spelled "Cancelled" in the source (this is the British, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, etc spelling)

It should be "Canceled" with one "l" in American English.
