Cannot log in into the microsoft account error message

I have purchased Minecraft via Microsoft store.

Trying to login but having the following error message: please see screenshot

it says: You have tried to log in into your Microsoft-account, error occured.

 

Can you please help how can i login?

version: 1.14.30. Mincraft for windows 10
