My mods don't show up in the launcher

When I try to play a modpack from Twitch, I can't access it because all it shows is vanilla and i have tried to reset everything and log out of both mojang and twitch however nothing works and also before whenever i would try to access a modpack it didn't let me play the modpack i chose but instead it chose the modpack for me
