Minecraft Launcher Crashing "Unexpected Issue Occured"

Ever since the launcher updated to this new style of launcher, it has never opened but instead crashed every single time. I tried deleting and downloading all of minecraft files themself again - but nothing's worked.

 

This is the report which I got from my minecraft launcher - something's corrupted?

If so where can I get a brand new file from?
