No possibility to choose older version of Minecraft

It's not certainly a Bug but there was no other option to choose. There doesn't seem to be any way to choose any older version like 1.13, 1.12, 1.11 and so on. I belive that due to my weak graphics card (which I won't be able to exchange any time soon) I'm unable to play any newest version then 1.10 / 1.8 so basically I can't play at all. It's a very big problem in these coronavirus times when one spends more time home then usually. 

I'm new in this page so I don't know how It functions and I don't know if replies are send but if they are, pleas tell me, if this problem can be fixed and if it can, when will it be?

Oh and It may not be the version choosen but I think it's affecting all of them anyway
