not run the launcher

Hello, how about I installed minecraft, and when I ran the launcher I got the following errors:

"Couldn't load launcher core from C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\game\launcher.dll: LoadErrorNotPresent" y "Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Enviroment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minectaft. 

 

 I tried reinstalling minecraft, the same problem kept happening, I reinstalled and erased the data from% appdata% (in which there is only one log, which I will attach later) it continued, I also tried executing only the .exe file that they have on their download page and i got the same message, rebooted my pc doing the above 3 steps, and it went on.
