Launcher graphical bug

When I click off the minecraft launcher and back onto it, it looks as though someone turned the contrast up to max settings, and it gets worse if I repeatedly click off and back on, but is fixed if I, for example, switch to a different tab or click the play button. It is even affected by alt + tab. I am running windows 10 professional, and using a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER if that makes a difference.
