Cannot connect to authserver.mojang.com

Cannot connect to authserver.mojang.com.

When logging in minecraft.net or the Minecraft launcher it doesn't work. launcher_log.txt says it is a 403 error. Pinging authserver.mojang.com also returns an error.

My DNS is normally set to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1, I have also tried 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but they didn't work either
