bought minecraft, launcher went black and wouldnt let me launch, uninstalled and tryed to reinstall, now wants me to pay again

my Minecraft launcher went black a few months ago and I could still load in to Minecraft. recently it stopped allowing me load in so I uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft, hoping this would work. ( I have done this many times before and I could reinstall Minecraft without having to pay) so I went to reinstall Minecraft and I said I had to pay and I didn't want to pay again
