Release 1.15.2 crashes on OSX catalina - anyone got it to work?

I tried to install Minecraft on my Macbook Pro  16 inch 2019 / 

2,4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 but I get immediately a crash report after launcing in the launcher. Tried to install latest version of Java but no result. Can't find a solution online.....guess i'm not alone.
