Windows 10 - Game Crashes on Launch (-1073741795)

For several weeks now my Minecraft Launcher has failed to launch the game. Immediately after opening the game environment it crashes with the exit code -1073741795

I have tried previous fixes (as referred in MC-112780) with the same error code but none of them have worked. I am afraid that this case might be thrown out like previous ones. 

I had Razer Cortex but uninstalled it and deleted all remaining program files and still received the same code after an attempted relaunch. I do not have NVIDIA drivers so no update will work there.
