Can't play full game when using Twitch

edit: I'm not sure how to delete a report (I don't think you even can) but the problem fixed itself shortly after reporting. Sincere Apologies.

Whenever i attempt to use a mod from Twitch, the launcher claims that I have not bought the game. When I boot up the launcher itself, everything is fine. I do not know if this is a problem with the launcher or with Twitch, but it's extremely aggravating and I'm not sure how to fix this.
