[Linux] Cannot start launcher with native Wayland

Hi, I can't get Minecraft launcher to launch. When run it throws this error:

[0222/084727.921449:ERROR:browser_main_loop.cc(1711)] Unable to open X display.

Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)

I am running Wayland which is why it cannot find a X server. Is there any way to get the launcher running natively in wayland?
