Java hangs during Minecraft launch

After running Minecraft Launcher, Java hangs and I have to kill the task. Updating Java and Minecraft did not resolved the problem.

 

Attached a .zip file which includes:

Have a Java memory dump which is too big to attach here, please let me know how to send it if required
