Minecraft launcher not launching Minecraft

Minecraft doesn't launch after I launch Minecraft from Minecraft Launcher, and this window (see attachment) is a "ghost" window as Minecraft launcher is not actually open but this window is still here. I have tried reinstalling Minecraft but this kept happening.
