Marketplace coins not avaliable

Hi there is an issue with my marketplace account in that everytime I login to Minecraft the marketplace does not recognise my account, if I then relogin via the Xbox account it sometimes recognise me and adding the correct minecoins and unlock all the items bought. When I login it displays only 47 minecoins and all items bought before is locked. Sometimes when I repeatedly login the correct amount of minecoins of 8800 is displayed and items bought unlocked. Could you please correct the issue with the account as currently I cannot access any items or minecoins bought
