Unable to sign into launcher

I've been having issues with the launcher not connecting to the internet and forcing me to play offline, but when I started up the launcher today it wouldn't connect to the internet, and I got an error message saying something along the lines of not being able to fetch my skins. I decided to sign out to see if that would fix it, and now I can't sign in at all. I've tried everything I could think of (uninstalling both the launcher and game, repairing the launcher, changing my DNS, switching to the beta version of the launcher, restarting my computer, updating java) but nothing I do will let me sign in. At this point I'm just kinda lost, any help would be much appreciated.
