Hi, I can not enter and play in minecraft all iPad (1 Air and 2 five generation)

version 1.14.1  Pocket edition

wifi works well

already done uninstalling and reinstalling minecraft, also exiting the account microsoft and Xbox live.

i also tried with different accounts.

but nothing , it’s impossible enter and play

pls. Help me with problem ( from 8 January)
