It won't rain/snow in my world (1.15.1)

I have been playing on my survival world for about a few weeks now and it doesn't seem to snow or rain at all. I live in a  snowy_tundra biome and chose this spot primarily for the snow. I looked at forums online to try to figure it out but nothing seems to have the solution. Please help.
