Jump Button is not Working.

So while playing Minecraft I was going to my digging area I had placed a minecart system before and when I got in the minecart and moved down to my digging area I got stuck in the minecart I am not able to get out of it. I tried clicking the spacebar it doesn't work. I even tried rejoining but still, I'm stuck.
