When i try to run or open minecraft it said not responding at about 90% and doesn't work at all after that

I looked up how to fix it and tried everything. I found a method that works which is using that task manager and ending the Minecraft task. After I do this it works but when I get on multiplayer and single-player I can't see any skins, whether it be mine, anyone else or any heads. please help this is driving me crazy and I've deleted all possible viruses i think.
