Cannot log into account (Offline)

This hasn't always been an issue it just appeared randomly last time I played was on my friends realm then the next time I tried to play it kept saying 'Play offline' so I checked in every two days for a week then the problem still existed so I reinstalled minecraft twice now and now I cannot connect to internet during a log in tried a hotfix with the 'Channel: Beta' but the issue is still occurring
