Minecraft stuck on offline mode

Ok, I know this has been referred to before but this is infuriating! Every second day when I open up my launcher is comes up saying I am offline when I'm clearly not because I can open YouTube and also make this bug report! I've looked through the notes of what applications can cause these issues but I have non of them installed. I am sick of this and beg for you to find out why this is happening! I physically can't do what I want to do with this issue!
