Minecraft launcher 1.6.91 Doesn't load versions

So just for some backstory, i use twitch and i have to use a legacy Minecraft launcher. And it used to work, until recently when i went to play Sky Factory 4, i gave it about 2 minutes (My usual launcher load time) but it never loaded, after 30 MINUTES it still did not load. Please help?
