Crashes on loading screen & launcher/will not let me access crash report

As I press play to access the game it will either not load and crash saying 'an unexpected issue has occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry about the inconvenience' then when I try to click on the crash report it will not allow me too. Or will load the Mojang loading screen halfway, crash and then the launcher will say the same and still not allow me to access the crash report. I've tried restarting my laptop, redownloading the game I don't know what else to do. It also did this on the 1.14 version but still allowed me to play the game eventually but deleted my save file before the game was updated to 1.15.1
