i cant get past the mojang loading screen it gets 90% of the way finished and freezes and/or crashes

so I just bought the game and it immediately doesn't work I have tried everything and it will not work at all which is super disappointing I can get to the launcher screen and start it but when it loads it freezes on the Mojang screen at the very end of the load and crashes... I would love to play the game but this issue sucks...
