Launcher Issue

When I open up the Minecraft launcher. I cant get rid of some of the old versions and it really annoys me. I have tried deleting the old version in the actually launcher. I have also tried going into the %appdata%. and selecting the versions folder trying to delete old version but it never works they just keep coming back. 

 

Like every time i try to delete these version they just keep reappearing  every time I reopen my Minecraft launcher. And also can someone help me when I open the launcher it always logs my back out even when i press remember me.
