Can´t open Minecraft Launcher

Today I wanted to play with a friend to Minecraft but when trying to open the launcher it did not open.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft and nothing, poor uninstalling java and installing it again and could not open the launcher.
I hope you can give me an answer as soon as I want to play the game, thanks!

 

P.S. I have put the problem is version 1.14 because if not, I couldn't send the issue.
