Game Crashed and can't open View crash report 2

it's still said the same thing even i switch to version 1.14.4 as well as "View Crash Report" it still isn't working and also crashing everytime i click Play Button.  it crash and said " An Unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience" also the ". This time i'll picture every info abount my computer so check for me pls
