Game Crashed and can't open View crash report

So i finish fix my computer and trying to play minecraft because i uninstall everything yeah when i click a "PLAY BUTTON" it crash and said " An Unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience" also the " VIEW CRASH REPORT" isn't working at all so pls help me :c
