Minecraft versions under 1.13.2 or modifyd versions don't start

When I start a version under 1.13.2 or modifyd versions thats happend:
1.I clickint the start button and wait.(everthing normal)
2.

(launcher log below) And yes i wait for a few time.
3.The game don't start
