The launcher is not working.

My launcher is not working.When I open it the launcher becomes gray and then stays like that.

I tried reinstalling it or downloand an alternative or download a older launcher but I didn't work either.

I contacted some people from support and they tried to help me but they said that they didn't saw a error like this.

And it's not a graphical error either.
