mcl loads but never finishes loading and stops at the very end with about 1 tenth left to go

the launcher will start and everything would go as planned and the logo shows but when the bar is loading it suddenly stops near the very end. Tried multiple times to make sure that something went wrong that one time but it happened multiple times.
