Launcher fails to detect internet connection

I have two PC's on my home LAN. Both have successfully run Minecraft Realms for years. On one PC now, however, the launcher does not detect an internet connection. All other apps on that PC still have internet connections. I have tried uninstalling, re-installing, and all other suggested fixes.
