[MCL-12561] Launcher not appearing after update

Delete the launcher_profiles.json from .minecraft (%appdata%/.minecraft)

I was told to create another bug report about this issue as ~~MCL-12191~~ has been fixed. It seems to occur after the launcher update and there have been a few reports on the issue already, both in discord and on IRC.
