Unable to start minecraft runtime environment

I can't open the game/launcher, every time i click the Minecraft Launcher in my desktop, this says: "Unable to start Minecraft Runtime Environment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft" i already reinstall it like 4 times, but the problem still on, i don't know what to do now
