Multiple Launcher Instances

Every time I open up my Minecraft Launcher it opens up 1 launcher, but in task manager, it shows the launcher then has 3 sub-processes to it. 

The launcher opens up fine, but once I start Minecraft from the play button (doesn't matter what version) It will load up then it won't respond. To make it start working I close the "Minecraft Launcher" then the Minecraft will start responding again then I am able to play.

Note: I've tried uninstalling it... I've tried running in administrator... I also checked file locations they all go to the same place.
