Launcher updated, deleted, and reset all my profiles, accounts, and launcher data

Launcher randomly updated today, and all my profiles, skins, accounts, and everything were reset/deleted with no backup. This might be because I had beta enabled (in the last successful opening of the launcher) and today it randomly reset to load the stable version instead of the beta. I don't really know why. I have no recent backup and all my profile settings are gone and can't be recovered.

This MAY be related to the launcher crashing, and then wiping when loaded again. I don't recall when my launcher crashed but it did before this happen, but I don't know if it was directly before this happened or a few launches earlier.
