Launcher window moves down and grows on every start

Whenever I open the launcher, it's a little bit bigger than last time (horizontally and vertically) and also lower and (a tiny bit) further to the right, whenever that's possible. Of course, because of the growing size, this quickly becomes impossible and it just stays on the bottom and/or right edge. The launcher never goes completely offscreen this way and it also never becomes bigger than the screen.
