Nether portal glitch, Minecraft snapshot 19w40a

in snapshot 19w40a, When i was entering the nether portal, my screen freaked out, it went up and down, also the nether portal (the big purple thing in the middle that came when using the flint and steel on obsidian on the nether portal frame) has the block outline when your cursor is pointing at the purple thing of the nether portal.
